  • Partnerships
  • Marketing

Your team brings together highly-motivated individuals with diverse skill sets and backgrounds, constantly supporting one another. Outside of work, they enjoy creative pursuits, nature, and socialising.

This role bridges marketing strategy with technical execution, measuring what drives conversion and operationalising every strategic initiative with precision.

Your Mission

We seek a Senior Allbound Operations Manager who can:

  • Think in systems and deeply care about data quality, turning insights into actionable growth.
  • Work across revenue teams including SDRs, Revenue Marketing, Customer Marketing, Brand Marketing, and Partnerships.
  • Ensure every initiative is measurable, scalable, and built for impact.

You’ll bridge the gap between strategy and execution, transforming our org into a high-performing machine.

Your Responsibilities

You’ll partner with our leadership to ensure marketing priorities ramp up effectively:

  • Operationalise marketing priorities in collaboration with the Senior MarTech Manager and Director of Revenue Marketing.
  • Translate strategic plans into actionable execution frameworks.

As owner of our marketing analytics framework:

  • Deliver a trusted reporting ecosystem that fuels data-driven decision-making.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
