Senior Allegro ETRM Developer – C#/.NET

A leading energy trading organisation is looking for an experienced Allegro ETRM Developer to join their technology team on a long-term contract. The role will focus on designing, developing and supporting solutions across the Allegro ETRM platform, working closely with technical and business stakeholders to deliver solutions for complex energy trading requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver solutions across the Allegro ETRM platform.
  • Own the full software development lifecycle, from requirements and solution design through to deployment, support and continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Develop and support enterprise applications using C# and .NET.
  • Follow strong software engineering practices around testing, version control, code quality and secure development.
  • Contribute to cloud and DevOps initiatives, including Azure, CI/CD and automation.
  • Work collaboratively across technical and business teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Requirements

  • Strong commercial experience with Allegro ETRM.
  • Strong C# /.NET development experience.
  • Experience working across the full software development lifecycle.
  • Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices.
  • Experience working with Agile delivery methodologies.
  • Exposure to Azure, CI/CD and DevOps.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ideally, experience within energy trading / commodities environments.
