Partnerships at Adyen
The Adyen Alliances team drive global go to market partnerships with GSIs, Consultancies & Private Equity/Venture Capital. The team identifies net new business opportunities for Adyen and works with professional services partners to drive net new business and expand share of wallet opportunities. These partners are global and working with an ideal ICP meaning there is enormous opportunity for revenue creation.
The Alliances team is a global one - they are focussed on managing some of our most important partners at either a Global or EMEA level. They work at a portfolio level; working directly with country partnerships teams to execute in local markets.
We are on a growth trajectory and are seeking a Senior Alliance Manager, GSIs to mature, scale, and lead our global partnerships alongside a select group of global system integrators inc. Accenture, Capgemini, EPAM, Publicis Sapient.
You will captain the global success of your subset of GSIs, drive go-to-market (GTM) and co-sell opportunities, and work closely with local country partner managers to drive net new business and pipeline growth across Adyen’s key markets.
You will go deep with the partner, learn the organisation in depth, be a fierce networker, and build out the Adyen capability within your partner. You will hold the global view of the health of the partnership, build joint account plans, run QBRs, and manage our global financial incentive models.

What you’ll do:
- Strategic Practice Building: Partner closely with GSI executive leadership to design, build, and launch joint commercial offerings or dedicated commerce practices centered around Adyen's suite of financial products capabilities to capture global market share. Be the change maker entering new products lines including loyalty, agentic commerce and embedded financial products
- Navigate the GSI Matrix: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships across all levels including Managing Directors, client partners, and technical delivery leads to ensure Adyen is consistently positioned as the top-of-mind solution for enterprise digital transformations.
- Global Strategy Alignment: Coordinate and align a global network of Adyen regional partner managers to execute a seamless, unified GTM strategy with target GSIs across North America, EMEA, and LATAM.
- Commercial Joint Venturing: Lead the co-creation of compelling joint business cases, perform structured account-mapping exercises, and drive strategic GTM campaigns that generate a sustainable, high-value enterprise pipeline.
- Enablement & Mindshare: Design and execute scalable education and enablement programs for GSI solution architects, consultants, and sales teams so they can confidently pitch, position, and recommend Adyen to global enterprise merchants.
- Execute Executive Governance: Establish and conduct regular executive-level QBRs to track progress against shared KPIs, evaluate joint pipeline health, and ensure long-term strategic alignment between leadership teams.
Who you are
- The Creative Builder: Traditional fintech or GSI experience isn't strictly required: we hire differently. If you bring high energy, bold ambition, and a background you believe you can sell, tell us why you're the right fit to build and scale global strategic partnerships with us.
- Natural Networker & Strategic Peer: You bring strong executive presence, easily command the room, and build trust with Partner and Director-level leaders. You get to know partner organizations inside out so we can work better together.
- Internal Champion: You know how to navigate complex partner and enterprise teams to get things done. Crucially, you sell just as effectively inside Adyen as you do with external partners.
- Hands-On Operator: Driven by a sharp commercial mindset, you don't just manage relationships; you jump in to find, chase, and close high-value deals.
- Fintech & Commerce Curious: You have a strong interest in modern financial platforms and enterprise commerce tech (like Commercetools, SAP, or Salesforce Commerce Cloud).
- Autonomous & Mobile: You thrive with autonomy in a flat organization
- Comfortable with travel up to 25% across EMEA and North America.
