Senior Amazon Account Manager (Maternity Cover, minimum 12 months)

Patrick Murray and 3Search are working with a high-growth health and wellness brand to recruit a Senior Amazon Account Manager.

  • Salary: £65-80k
  • Location & Working Model: London / Brighton | Hybrid Working (2-3 Days Per Week)
  • Key Role Feature: Ownership of a seven-figure Amazon business with significant growth potential

Due to a maternity cover requirement, our client is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Amazon Account Manager to take ownership of one of its most important growth channels. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a purpose-led consumer brand with a loyal customer base and strong momentum across ecommerce. Initially offered as a 12-month contract, there is potential for the position to extend to 15 or even 18 months - but it's a 12 month contract minimum.

Our client is a premium consumer brand with a strong reputation for quality, innovation and customer trust. Amazon has already become a significant revenue channel for the business, with substantial opportunities for future growth. The Senior Amazon Account Manager will play a pivotal role in driving commercial performance, improving profitability and identifying new opportunities to accelerate channel growth.

The Senior Amazon Account Manager will take end-to-end ownership of the Amazon business, spanning advertising, forecasting, retail operations, catalogue management, conversion optimisation and commercial performance. Working closely with agency and internal stakeholders, the Senior Amazon Account Manager will ensure the channel continues to scale while delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

The Senior Amazon Account Manager will:

  • Own the day-to-day commercial performance of the Amazon channel, delivering against revenue and profitability targets
  • Manage relationships with Amazon agency partners, ensuring accountability and high-quality execution
  • Identify opportunities to improve traffic, conversion, profitability and organic visibility
  • Monitor competitor activity, market trends and category performance
  • Lead growth initiatives across both paid and organic channel performance

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
