Patrick Murray and 3Search are working with a market-leading FMCG brand to recruit a Senior Amazon and Marketplace Manager.
Salary: £60,000 - £75,000 + Bonus + Car Allowance
Location & Working Model: West London | Hybrid Working
Key Role Feature: Ownership of Amazon, Marketplace and Pureplay accounts with full P&L responsibility
Due to continued investment and growth across its digital commerce division, our client is looking to appoint an ambitious Senior Amazon and Marketplace Manager to lead some of its most strategically important ecommerce partnerships. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a globally recognised consumer brand and take ownership of a high-growth channel encompassing Amazon, a key marketplace partner and a leading online gifting retailer.

With significant investment behind its ecommerce strategy and growing digital channels, the business continues to drive market share growth through best-in-class execution. The Senior Amazon and Marketplace Manager will join a high-performing commercial team and play a pivotal role in delivering the next phase of digital growth.
The Senior Amazon and Marketplace Manager will own the commercial strategy across key ecommerce partners, balancing strategic planning, customer relationships and commercial execution. Working closely with finance, supply chain, marketing and ecommerce stakeholders, the Senior Amazon and Marketplace Manager will be responsible for driving sales, profitability, market share and long-term customer growth.

- Own the full P&L across Amazon, marketplace and gifting accounts, delivering sales and profitability targets
- Lead Joint Business Planning negotiations to drive sustainable long-term account growth
- Develop and optimise media investment strategies in partnership with agency partners
- Manage forecasting, demand planning and availability to maximise sales opportunities
- Identify growth opportunities through the effective use of data, market insights and customer performance metrics
The Role Requires:
- Ownership of annual, seasonal and promotional trading plans across key ecommerce partners
- Close collaboration with supply chain teams to ensure forecast accuracy and stock availability
- Commercial management of pricing, accruals, invoicing and customer profitability
- Development of digital-first commercial propositions and product launches
- Leadership of gifting and seasonal execution strategies to maximise channel performance
Essential Skills
The Senior Amazon and Marketplace Manager will demonstrate:
- Proven marketplace account management experience with full commercial ownership
- Strong Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central expertise
- Track record of delivering successful Joint Business Plans and commercial negotiations
- Experience managing account P&Ls and driving profitable growth
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across cross-functional teams
Leadership & Development
The role requires:
- Experience coaching, mentoring or managing junior commercial team members
- Ability to develop talent and build capability within an account management function
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Commercially driven approach with a focus on delivering results
- High levels of ownership, accountability and resilience
