Senior Amazon Brand Manager
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Amazon Brand Manager based in United Kingdom.
This is a senior, commercially focused role for an experienced Amazon FBA professional managing high-value Private Label brands.
You will work directly on the strategic side of the business, helping established brands accelerate profitable growth and improve overall performance.
The role combines Amazon marketplace strategy, PPC, organic ranking, catalog management, financial optimization, and hands-on problem solving.
You will analyze complex accounts, identify growth opportunities, build actionable roadmaps, and guide brand owners through execution.
As a trusted strategic advisor, you will lead weekly client discussions while providing proactive day-to-day support and accountability.
The environment is fully remote, fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and highly performance-oriented, with substantial autonomy in how you manage your portfolio.
Your impact will be directly connected to client growth, retention, profitability, and long-term commercial success.
Accountabilities
- Lead weekly strategic calls with Amazon brand founders, presenting data-driven growth plans, recommendations, priorities, and progress against agreed milestones.
- Manage and advise high-value Amazon FBA Private Label accounts, focusing on both revenue growth and profitability.
- Analyze account performance, customer behavior, marketplace data, and financial metrics to identify opportunities and risks.
- Develop and execute strategic growth roadmaps covering product launches, PPC, organic ranking, catalog optimization, and overall marketplace performance.
- Provide proactive daily consulting and problem-solving support through Slack, email, and other communication channels.
- Diagnose and resolve complex Amazon catalog, advertising, account health, listing, and operational issues quickly and effectively.
- Optimize PPC and advertising strategies across Amazon Ads, including large monthly advertising budgets.
- Improve organic visibility through advanced keyword research, product launches, search-frequency-rank drivers, and understanding of Amazon marketplace algorithms.
- Monitor and optimize key financial drivers including COGS, FBA fees, inventory levels, unit economics, margins, and overall P&L performance.
- Identify inventory and logistics risks and incorporate forecasting and supply considerations into commercial recommendations.
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with clients by acting as a proactive strategic partner rather than a task-based account manager.
- Hold clients and relevant stakeholders accountable for agreed actions and commercial outcomes.
- Continuously improve consulting playbooks, standard operating procedures, training materials, and internal systems.
- Contribute to client retention and referral growth by consistently delivering measurable value across managed portfolios.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
