Senior Analysis Engineer

Job Description

Responsible for the end-to-end delivery of offshore engineering analysis projects, with a strong focus on OrcaFlex modelling and analysis. The role will lead technical delivery across multiple projects while providing guidance and support to junior engineers.

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years’ relevant engineering experience, with strong proficiency in OrcaFlex.
  • Proven ability to deliver analysis projects from initial setup through to final reporting, managing technical quality, budgets and schedules.
  • Experience reviewing models, calculations and reports and providing technical guidance to junior engineers.
  • Strong understanding of offshore/subsea engineering and the ability to communicate directly with clients and lead technical discussions.
  • Degree level qualification in engineering related subject (minimum)

  • Specialist experience in subsea cable and Cable Protection System (CPS) analysis.
  • Broader OrcaFlex experience, particularly mooring, installation or dynamic cable analysis.
  • Experience with complementary analysis software such as ANSYS, Helica or Flexcom.
  • Additional language skills, particularly Japanese, would be highly advantageous.
