About the Role
Aquent is seeking a highly skilled professional to join our client, a leading global entertainment company at the forefront of digital content and streaming innovation. As a strategic partner, Aquent connects top-tier talent with impactful roles, and this opportunity is no exception. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of ad monetisation across diverse international markets, directly influencing revenue growth and strategic decision-making at the highest levels.
This is a short-term contract until the end of 2026, offering up to £330.45 per day (PAYE). The shortlisted candidates will be contacted as soon as possible.

This is a high-impact individual contributor role where you will be instrumental in driving critical strategic work at the intersection of advertising product, audience insights, data analytics, and monetization, particularly in our expanding international markets. You will bring your robust advertising and programmatic expertise, coupled with strong strategic and analytical skills, to tackle complex, commercially meaningful challenges. Your contributions will directly inform senior leadership decisions during a period of significant growth for the advertising business, making a tangible difference in how content is monetized globally.

What You’ll Work On
- Support strategic analysis across diverse international markets, accounting for varying market maturity, regulatory landscapes, and advertiser sophistication.
- Develop comparative views, market frameworks, and structured analyses to guide global versus local strategic decisions.
- Support ongoing product prioritization efforts, aligning them with the overarching sales planning process.
- Produce clear, concise, and executive-ready presentations and documents to facilitate leadership discussions.
- Transform complex analytical findings into structured narratives with actionable takeaways.
- Support ad hoc strategy deep dives as needed, providing rapid and insightful analysis.
- Apply a strong understanding of programmatic advertising and the broader ad technology ecosystem to inform strategic initiatives.
- Translate ecosystem knowledge into clear implications for advertising product development and monetisation strategies.
What We’re Looking For (Must-Have Qualifications)
- Experience in advertising environments, with a strong emphasis on ad strategy, ad revenue strategy, or programmatic advertising.
- Demonstrated comfort working with and analysing complex data sets, including familiarity with AI tools for analysis.
- Exposure to key areas such as targeting, measurement, audience strategy, or ads data enablement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to bring structure to ambiguous and complex questions.
- Excellent written and visual communication skills, specifically tailored for senior audiences.
- A collaborative working style, adept at partnering with product, data, and commercial teams.
- Pragmatic, impact-focused mindset, driven by achieving tangible business results.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Background in consulting, strategy, analytics, or similarly structured problem-solving roles.
- Experience working within international or multi-market contexts.
- Direct experience within the advertising ecosystem, whether from a publisher, platform, ad tech provider, agency, or advertiser perspective.
