Job Description

This is a hybrid role. As a Senior Analyst - Affiliates, you will play a key role in building and evolving Entain's Performance Marketing Analytics capability, specialising in Affiliate Marketing. You'll own and enhance the reporting and analytics that power affiliate performance across our global brands, helping stakeholders make data-driven decisions that optimise marketing investment, drive growth, and unlock new opportunities across markets and products.

Reporting to the Affiliates Analytics Manager, you will be part of the Performance Marketing Analytics team, who are responsible for delivering trusted marketing and affiliate analytics, developing scalable reporting solutions, and driving insight-led decision making across the business. If you're passionate about turning data into actionable insights and want to make a tangible commercial impact, we'd love to hear from you. Are you ready to help redefine the future of affiliate analytics at Entain?

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
