Senior Analyst & Client Owner

We are looking for a Senior Analyst & Client Owner to be responsible for how we deliver to clients as part of our internal delivery team and contribute directly to the company’s growth. This is a mid-level hands-on role for someone who can undertake security work (monitoring, assessment, incident support), direct client interaction (reporting, presenting, advising), run a delivery review, and help to shape the company’s commercial strategy.

Reporting to the Head of Delivery, you will be responsible for the day-to-day performance of client engagements, be a key part of the delivery team, and play a visible role in winning and retaining business. The balance of work across delivery, sales, and internal operations will be reviewed regularly as Muse Cyber scales.

What you will do

  • Lead client delivery. Manage end-to-end delivery across designated contracts using the Muse Operating System, and maintain the cadence, reporting standards, and security programme rigour that clients buy us for.
  • As required, provide CISO advice to designated clients. Provide strategic security leadership covering posture and roadmap, risk and governance, board-level engagement, and alignment to ISO 27001, NIST, Cyber Essentials, and other recognised standards.
  • Help develop the delivery team. Help develop and co-ordinate internal delivery, avoid capacity constraints, address underperformance, and be a leading part of a team that can scale with the business.
  • Drive commercial growth. Be able to generate new business through prospecting, pre-sales engagement, and solution shaping. Be responsible for allocated client relationships with a focus on retention, satisfaction, and growth. Identify and help close upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Help monitor internal operations. Maintain readiness for ISO 9001 and other applicable standards.
  • Contribute to business growth. Support business strategy, market planning, and growth direction, and be responsible for agreed objectives.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
