About This Opportunity

We're looking for a Senior Analyst to join our Collateral Management team within Markets Operations.

This is a specialist role requiring previous collateral management experience, where you'll provide technical expertise, analytical insight and transaction management support across a complex Markets environment. You'll work closely with teams across Credit, XVA, PLM, Risk, Legal, Finance and Onboarding to ensure the effective management of collateral activity while supporting strategic change and continuous improvement initiatives.

You'll play a key role in delivering a multi-phase innovation programme, helping to identify automation opportunities, improve operational processes and enhance how we serve our clients.

We're looking for someone who enjoys challenging the status quo and bringing fresh thinking to complex problems. As Markets continues to evolve, you'll help us respond to new challenges, find opportunities and continuously improve how we operate.

As a trusted expert, you'll stay ahead of industry trends, translating them into practical strategies that support our business goals. You'll engage with stakeholders across the organisation and beyond, helping to shape new opportunities and drive meaningful change.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting the delivery of client, risk, financial and operational objectives across Collateral Management.
  • Monitoring, assessing and managing risk within collateral management processes and controls.
  • Driving improvements in operational efficiency, controls and client service.
  • Supporting strategic change initiatives, automation projects and process transformation activity.
  • Building effective relationships across Markets, Treasury and wider business functions to influence and deliver successful outcomes.
  • Applying market, regulatory and industry insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Contributing to the development of future operating models and innovative ways of working within the Collateral Management function.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
