About The Role
BOQ Group is seeking an experienced and commercially astute Senior Analyst to join our Commercial Banking team in Perth.
This is a key role supporting a high-performing Senior Relationship Executive managing a portfolio predominantly focused on corporate property clients, complemented by a diversified commercial banking portfolio. Working with more complex and sophisticated customer structures, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing high-quality credit submissions for new and existing customers
- Conducting periodic credit reviews
- Delivering insightful financial and risk analysis to support sound lending decisions
As a trusted partner to the Senior Relationship Executive, you will play a critical role in:
- Identifying opportunities
- Assessing risk
- Structuring transactions
- Managing the day-to-day operational requests for customers
- Providing strategic recommendations across a range of commercial property and business banking clients
You will also liaise closely with internal stakeholders and external professional service providers to ensure transactions, documentation, and settlements are completed accurately and efficiently.

About You
You are an experienced commercial banking professional with a strong background in complex credit analysis and commercial lending. You bring:
- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
- The ability to assess intricate financial structures
- The ability to interpret financial data and provide balanced risk recommendations
You have experience preparing and presenting detailed credit submissions across commercial or corporate banking environments and possess a solid understanding of property-backed lending. Exposure to corporate property transactions, commercial real estate portfolios, or sophisticated customer groups will be highly regarded.
