Senior Analyst - Credit Control

Description

  • Oversee and manage the credit control process, ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments.
  • Analyse customer accounts to identify credit risks and provide recommendations for mitigation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing and payment discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment history.
  • Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status and performance metrics.
  • Support the development and implementation of credit policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to credit management.
  • Provide insights and support for financial planning and forecasting activities.

A Successful Senior Analyst - Credit Control Should Have
