Role Summary
The Global Sales Analytics & Insights team seeks an intellectually curious, consultative analyst who can turn complex business questions and data into clear insights and practical recommendations. Strategic Analysts develop a strong understanding of the business areas they support—including strategy, market dynamics, priority clients, key initiatives, and performance drivers—and use that context to identify opportunities, risks, and ways to improve execution.
Responsibilities
On a day-to-day basis, the Senior Analyst, Data Analytics will partner with business leaders in the EMEA region to define analytical questions, combine and evaluate internal and external data, and translate findings into decision-ready recommendations. The Senior Analyst will independently lead analytical projects and workstreams, monitor business performance, identify trends and root causes, and communicate what is happening, why it matters, and what actions should be considered. Depending on the business question, this may include advanced analytical techniques such as statistical analysis, forecasting, segmentation, predictive modeling, or scenario analysis.
The role will also partner closely with Business Intelligence, Sales Operations, Marketing, and data teams to translate recurring business needs into scalable dashboards, reporting, and data products. Work may involve tools such as Alteryx, Excel, Salesforce, Tableau, and external data sources, but success in this role will be measured by the quality and business impact of the insights produced.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
