I'm looking for an experienced Market Access Analyst to support pharmaceutical, biotech, and healthcare clients in navigating global pricing, reimbursement, and market access challenges.

This role offers the opportunity to work across a broad range of strategic projects, helping clients maximise the value and accessibility of innovative therapies in key international markets, including the US.

What Sets This Opportunity Apart

  • Consistent Growth: The business has delivered strong year-on-year growth and continues to invest heavily in expanding its healthcare and life sciences capabilities.
  • Excellent Staff Retention: Team turnover is notably low compared to the wider consulting market, reflecting a supportive culture, high-quality work, and genuine career development opportunities.
  • Rewarding Compensation: Employees benefit from a history of strong and consistent bonus payouts, frequently exceeding market norms and reflecting both individual and company performance.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
