About the Role
On behalf of our client—a leading global online delivery and marketplace platform—we are seeking a Senior Analyst – Logistics Intelligence based in London. In this quantitative analytical role, you will leverage big data, spatial analytics, and algorithmic modeling to optimize fulfillment logistics, courier dispatch efficiency, delivery times, and fulfillment economics across the UK and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze large-scale spatial, dispatch, and delivery datasets to identify operational bottlenecks and delivery time optimization opportunities.
- Build predictive dispatch models, courier supply-demand forecasting tools, and routing simulation frameworks.
- Develop automated BI dashboards, reporting pipelines, and KPI scorecards in Tableau/Looker to track delivery metrics in real time.
- Partner closely with Logistics Product Managers and Operations Directors to design and evaluate marketplace dispatch experiments.
- Investigate key unit economic drivers including cost per delivery, courier pay structures, and delivery distance thresholds.
- Present analytical insights, operational recommendations, and logistics intelligence directly to regional operational leadership.
- Formulate reproducible analytics workflows and mentor junior business analysts in data extraction and statistical analysis.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4+ years of advanced data analytics, logistics optimization, or business intelligence experience within tech, mobility, or supply chain platforms.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python/R for complex data manipulation, statistical analysis, and spatial modeling.
- Extensive experience with data visualization suites (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker) and cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery).
- Solid grounding in statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and operational research methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to translate intricate data patterns into clear, actionable business strategies.
- Degree in Engineering, Operations Research, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related field.
- Fluent in English.
