Position Title: Senior Analyst, M&A Integration (Mergers & Acquisitions)
Location: Lurgan, N. Ireland
Reporting to: Senior Director, M&A Integration
On-Site/Hybrid/Remote: On-Site/Hybrid
Travel Required: <10%
Join our team at Terex and embark on an exciting opportunity as we seek a skilled and dedicated Senior Analyst, M&A (Mergers & Acquisitions) Integration to contribute to the team. The Senior Analyst, M&A Integration will support one of the (5) key pillars of the Terex Operating System and contribute to enterprise value realization on Inorganic Growth and internal capability building.

About the Role:
The Integration Management Analyst is a critical contributor within the Integration Management Office (IMO), responsible for enabling disciplined execution and tracking of integration performance, with a particular focus on monthly value capture processes, financial tracking, and data-driven insights. This role sits at the intersection of Finance, Program Management, and Data Analytics, partnering closely with Finance teams, workstream leaders, and IMO leadership to ensure accurate tracking of synergies, financial performance, and overall integration health.
The Analyst will support:
- Value Capture governance and financial rigor
- Program management and integration execution discipline
- Advanced BI reporting and data analytics to enhance decision-making
This position plays a pivotal role in translating complex integration data into actionable insights, ensuring leadership has a clear, accurate view of performance against deal objectives. The successful candidate will:
- Combine financial rigor, analytical capability, and operational discipline
- Be comfortable operating in both structured cycles and ambiguous problem-solving environments
- Demonstrate the ability to translate complex data into clear, executive-ready insights
- Act as a force multiplier for the IMO, improving visibility, accountability, and integration outcomes
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Value Capture & Financial Performance Management
- Support Workstream Leaders and Initiative Owners with the preparation of initiative business cases.
- Manage monthly and quarterly value capture cycles, including data collection, validation, and reconciliation of financial results.
- Maintain and continuously refine synergy tracking models, ensuring alignment with financial baselines and business cases.
- Partner with Finance to ensure accurate coding, tracking, and reporting of savings and costs.
- Monitor performance against targets, proactively identifying risks, gaps, and underperformance.
- Prepare materials for value capture reviews, leadership updates, and SteerCo reporting.

Integration Program Management Support
- Maintain detailed integration plans, including task tracking, milestone management, and RAID logs.
- Ensure consistent application of integration governance processes and best practices across workstreams.
- Coordinate updates with workstream leads, ensuring timely and complete reporting of progress.
- Track cross-functional dependencies and escalate risks or bottlenecks impacting execution.
- Support stage-gate governance, business case updates, and initiative approvals.
Data Analytics & Business Intelligence
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting to track integration KPIs, synergy realization, and execution progress.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, risks, and performance improvement opportunities.
- Ensure data integrity across systems and act as a steward of integration data quality.
- Drive evolution of reporting capabilities, leveraging BI tools (e.g., Power BI) to enhance executive visibility.
- Support creation of a “single source of truth” for integration reporting and performance tracking.
IMO Operations, Reporting & Stakeholder Enablement
- Prepare recurring IMO reporting and executive-ready summaries of integration performance.
- Support meeting cadence (IMO, workstream, SteerCo), including agenda development and action tracking.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, user guides, and training materials.
- Facilitate communication across stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Support onboarding and enablement of new team members and system users.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field from accredited university.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in finance, strategy, data analysis, project management, or related.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively, cross-functionally, and across geographies.
- Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to capture insights to inform decision-making.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools to drive execution.
- Familiarity with Financial Reporting, ERP systems, and BI tools.
- Excellent communication skills, written and spoken across cultures, time zones, and styles.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrated stakeholder management skills with ability to influence bi-directionally.
- Must be willing to travel as required (up to 10%).
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- Master’s degree or MBA
- Prior experience in industrial manufacturing OEM market or company
- Prior experience within Integration Management Offices for $1B+ acquisitions or mergers
- Prior experience within M&A tools is a plus
- Strong familiarity with AI technologies and software tools to automate key business processes
Languages:
- Fluent in English both written and spoken
Travel:
- Must be willing and able to travel locally and globally as required (up to 10%)
