About Us
We help CMOs and their teams harness data, technology, and advanced analytics to grow their brands. We have built a variety of innovative product and specialist service solutions for clients and agency partners.
Our team of Annalectuals is growing rapidly and are based in over 80 countries around the globe, supported by global and regional team hubs in NY, London, Singapore, Gurgaon, Bangalore, and Hyderabad.
The EMEA team is responsible for global and regional relationships clients led from London, as well as the development of new data-driven marketing capabilities. They form part of our global team and collaborate closely with local market Annalect teams across EMEA as well as regional Omnicom agency partners.
Role Description
This role is perfect for an experienced analyst, with existing capabilities like MMM, attribution, or advance optimization of media plans, that wants to broaden their technical capabilities and progress towards the path of a manager in the regional Data Science team. Whilst the focus of the role is measurement-based analytics, as part of the Data Science team, there will also be the opportunity to work on broader data science projects that can enhance and innovate our solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead in delivering analyses to clients across a variety of solutions, e.g. MMM, attribution, and media plan optimizations.
- As lead analyst on projects, dictate the standards of delivery, ensuring that we are best in class for a specific client.
- Managing project dependencies and deliverables on a day-to-day for existing client projects.
- Become an expert, both technically and in client delivery, on new solutions that are being developed by the Data Science team.
- Contribute to our Data Science innovation pipeline: work hand in hand with Data Science colleagues and other Annalectuals on product vision, product specs, testing features, and help inform the direction of innovation pipeline as a key stakeholder in the innovation tracks. (E.g. – we have several pieces of code in Python and R that are in development, and the senior analyst would take the current solution, test, collate feedback, understand the gaps, and work with the manager and director to define improvements, and work with fellow data scientists to ensure those are in development and tracked. The senior analyst might also be assigned some of these tickets where their technical skill is appropriate and personal development is aligned).
- Effectively communicate marketing science/data science concepts and the results of analyses to both internal, and client teams.
- Attend training sessions, seminars, and workshops, and generally be abreast of the latest in tracking, measurement, mar-tech, and ad-tech space.
- Role model and proponent to junior analysts in the team with a view to developing more formal line management in future as the Data Science team continues to grow.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
