Senior Analyst – Marketing Science & Measurement
London | Hybrid (2 / 3 days per week) | Media Agency | c£52,000 + benefits
A great opportunity for an ambitious Analyst to broaden their marketing science skillset across MMM, attribution, experimentation, forecasting, and media optimisation, working on a major European retail account spanning 8 key markets.
The client relationship is expanding significantly, creating three brand-new Senior Analyst positions within the measurement team. You’ll get exposure to the full measurement lifecycle, work directly with clients, and develop the commercial and technical skills to make the step towards Manager level.

Role and responsibilities
- Own projects end-to-end, from data collection and QA through to assessing modelling outputs, developing insights, and presenting recommendations
- Work across a varied portfolio of measurement projects including MMM, attribution, incrementality/experimentation, forecasting, and media planning optimisation
- Act as a key client contact, presenting findings and translating complex analytical outputs into clear, commercially relevant recommendations
- Partner with specialist modelling teams, assessing model quality and interpreting outputs rather than simply passing results downstream
- Help establish high standards across project delivery, ensuring analysis is robust, accurate, and useful for client decision-making
- Work with junior analysts and wider technical teams, with the opportunity to develop more formal leadership responsibilities as you progress

Skills and experience required
- Around 3+ years’ experience within a media agency, marketing analytics, measurement, or similar environment
- Experience across at least one area such as MMM, attribution, experimentation, media optimisation, or advanced marketing analytics
- Strong analytical grounding and an understanding of what makes a model or piece of analysis robust and commercially useful
- Comfortable working with clients and presenting analytical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience leading projects or taking ownership of key analytical deliverables
- Exposure to R, Python, EViews, VBA/Excel, or similar analytical tools is useful, alongside an appetite to broaden your technical skills
- Dashboarding or data visualisation experience is a bonus, but not essential
- Most importantly, you’ll be an ambitious analyst who wants broader exposure, more client responsibility, and a genuine route into management
