Senior Analyst – Microsoft 365

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Modern Collaboration team and be part of the wider IT Operations department, delivering operational stability and innovative solutions for over 7,000 users worldwide.
You’ll be joining a thriving IT Operations community where you will have access to the support and learning needed to continue developing your skills and career, while also providing technical leadership and helping the wider team perform at its best. You will deliver global Microsoft 365 support from our Glasgow office, working within a hybrid remote and office-based environment.

What you’ll do:
- Provide expert administration, support, and optimisation of Microsoft 365 services across a global enterprise environment.
- Act as the senior technical escalation point for Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Copilot, and related services, resolving complex incidents and problems.
- Lead root cause investigations and problem management activities, driving preventative actions and continuous service improvement.
- Define and maintain Microsoft 365 governance, technical standards, documentation, and operational processes that support a secure and scalable environment.
- Drive service enhancements aligned to the Microsoft 365 roadmap, improving security, compliance, user experience, adoption, and platform resilience.
- Translate business and technical requirements into practical, secure, and supportable Microsoft 365 solutions.
- Lead the delivery of Microsoft 365 projects, migrations, service transitions, and technical change initiatives.
- Partner with business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to deliver successful outcomes, manage risk, and communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Use service health, performance, and usage insights to identify opportunities for optimisation and innovation across the Microsoft 365 estate.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and knowledge sharing to colleagues, helping to strengthen team capability and promote best practice.

You are:
- An experienced Microsoft 365 professional with a proven track record of administering, supporting, and optimising Microsoft 365 services within complex enterprise environments.
- A trusted technical expert who can act as a senior escalation point, confidently diagnosing and resolving complex issues across Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Copilot, and related technologies.
- A proactive problem-solver with experience applying structured troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement practices to enhance service performance, stability, and user experience.
- An effective collaborator and communicator who can build strong relationships across technical teams, business stakeholders, suppliers, and vendors, translating complex technical concepts into clear recommendations and outcomes.
- Experienced in leading service improvements, projects, and technical change initiatives, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, well-governed, and aligned to business priorities.
- Skilled in defining technical standards, governance controls, documentation, and operational processes, with a focus on delivering effective and supportable services at scale.
- A mentor and knowledge sharer who enjoys supporting colleagues, promoting best practice, and helping others develop their technical capability.
- Microsoft certified, with relevant certifications that demonstrate your expertise across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
