In this pivotal role, you won’t just crunch numbers; you’ll be instrumental in shaping strategic product and marketing initiatives, directly influencing business performance, and unlocking commercial value through the power of data. Your expertise will drive crucial decisions, enhance customer understanding, and contribute to the ongoing success and innovation of our client’s offerings.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead analytics projects that support strategic product and marketing initiatives.
  • Develop customer insights that inform targeting, positioning, and growth strategies.
  • Build and deploy segmentation models and predictive models to better understand customer behavior.
  • Translate complex analysis into clear, engaging narratives that drive action across the business.
  • Manage stakeholders across product and marketing, ensuring analytical outputs align with key business priorities.
  • Proactively identify opportunities where data can unlock significant commercial value.
  • Work autonomously on challenging projects while collaborating closely with a talented team of analysts.
  • Contribute to a culture of knowledge sharing, mentor colleagues, and champion best practices in analytics.

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong SQL skills, with the confidence to query large datasets independently.
  • Proven ability to translate complex data into commercially focused, actionable insights.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable influencing at multiple levels within an organization.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling ability, capable of presenting findings clearly and engagingly.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in a dedicated analytics role.
  • A numerate degree (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Physics, or a similar quantitative field).
  • Demonstrated experience delivering value through personalization techniques, including predictive analysis and segmentation.

  • Combine deep technical expertise with a strong commercial awareness.
  • Are comfortable owning projects from inception to successful completion.
  • Thrive in environments that allow you to balance independent work with collaborative teamwork.
  • Are highly motivated by seeing your work directly influence and improve business performance.
  • Have experience in any of the following areas:
    • Customer lifetime value modeling, decay curves, or churn modeling.
    • Channel marketing attribution modeling.
    • A/B testing, Next Best Action strategies, and personalization initiatives.
