Job Description
About the Role
Our People Insights team is seeking a London-based Senior Analyst, People Insights, reporting to the Sr. Manager, People Insights. This role sits at the intersection of quantitative modeling and data storytelling, critical to expanding our analytical depth across our global workforce.
You will serve as the regional point of contact for HR functions across EMEA & APAC and act as the team’s primary quantitative modeler, equally comfortable building models as you are presenting regression outputs to leadership. This is a unique opportunity to apply data to complex business challenges, from attrition prediction to workforce scenario modeling. We are looking for a candidate who combines deep quantitative and stakeholder management skills with a strong foundation in People systems and data processes.
You Will
- Partner with EMEA & APAC HR and business leaders to translate complex workforce challenges into actionable, hypothesis-driven analytical projects.
- Design, build, and validate predictive statistical models (e.g., attrition, headcount, talent forecasting) to drive strategy.
- Translate complex quantitative outputs into clear, compelling narratives tailored for non-technical stakeholders.
- Partner with the People team to identify process optimization opportunities through data-driven recommendations.
- Maintain high data integrity via regular audits while ensuring ethical, transparent handling of sensitive information in compliance with GDPR and local regulations.
- Support regional compliance by extracting, cleaning, and validating workforce datasets under tight deadlines.
- Proactively evolve our analytics capabilities by identifying improved methods, tools, and emerging AI solutions to strengthen the people analytics function.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
