The Senior Analyst / Project Manager (Hybrid A/PM) bridges the gap between data insights, business needs, and project delivery, ensuring initiatives are completed on time and within budget.

How Will You Make an Impact at Envision Pharma Group?
Role Responsibilities
Analysis & Requirements
- Map current business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement
- Build and maintain financial and operational models in Excel to support business decision-making
- Translate complex data and user needs into clear, functional requirements
- Identify opportunities for workflow improvement and automation
Project Execution
- Manage multiple concurrent projects of moderate to high complexity, working independently with limited supervision
- Build and maintain project plans, schedules, and milestones
- Track budgets, resources, and deliverable timelines to ensure projects remain on time and within budget
- Support coordination of project team priorities
- Highlight operational issues and support their resolution
Communication & Governance
- Manage risks, dependencies, and project logs
- Facilitate alignment across cross-functional teams and stakeholders, including senior management audiences, distilling detailed analysis into clear recommendations
- Provide informal coaching and peer review of work for junior team members (no formal direct reports)

Do You Have What We Are Looking For?
Skills & Expertise:
- Master's degree, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent in Finance or another Business discipline
- 5+ years in finance, business analysis, or project management
- Demonstrated experience in financial/operational modelling and process mapping
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Data visualization software familiarity
- Experience using project management tools
- Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall frameworks
- PMP, CAPM, or Agile/Scrum certification preferred (not required)
- Skilled in workshop and meeting facilitation
- Collaborative team player; comfortable with informal coaching/peer review
