Real Estate Investment Professional (Senior Analyst) | European Real Estate
Join a well-established special situations investor backing debt and equity opportunities across European real estate and credit markets — €5bn+ AUM, currently deploying from its latest fund.
Why join:
- Discretionary capital, ready to deploy — no fundraising on individual deals, so the team can move quickly and decisively on opportunities.
- Invest up and down the capital stack — both debt and equity, with a current focus on equity — across a range of sectors.
- Pan-European mandate — exposure to opportunities across multiple markets, not a single-country remit.
- A lean, high-responsibility team — join an 8-person real estate team where you'll be modelling, structuring and documenting live transactions from day one, with real ownership rather than a narrow seat on a large team.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
