Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Analyst to join our Revenue Accounting team here at Disney, on a fixed-term basis until January 2028!

The successful Senior Analyst will be responsible for supporting revenue management, billing operations, reporting, system enhancements, compliance activities, and business transformation initiatives across EMEA Lines of Business (LOBs), with particular focus on the Affiliate and Ad Sales businesses.

The role works closely with Finance, Accounting, Sales, Billing Operations, Technology, and Shared Service teams to ensure effective revenue processes, accurate reporting, strong controls, and successful delivery of strategic projects.

Please note: This role will be based in our London Hammersmith office, 4 days a week, with either Monday or Friday working from home.

What You Will Do:

  • Manage the Ad Sales, Affiliates and Disney+ Ad Tier revenue processes across EMEA.
  • Support Disney+ Ad Tier launches across multiple territories, working with Operations, Billing, Finance, and Systems teams.
  • Support system enhancements and automation initiatives. Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT), business testing and user training activities that come with system enhancements and automation initiatives.
  • Drive commission process standardisation initiatives across the Ad Sales business.
  • Support process improvements, automation opportunities, and system development activities.
  • Act as the primary EMEA escalation point and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for revenue accounting, billing operations, reporting, and associated systems.
  • Lead and support reporting of EMEA consolidated subscriber data to Finance, Sales, and US stakeholders.
  • Analyse subscriber data, review trends, and highlight risks, issues, and anomalies to relevant teams.
  • Perform monthly and quarterly revenue analysis and reporting to Accounting, Finance, Sales, and US stakeholders.
  • Review revenue dashboards, monitor KPIs, and provide management reporting and insight.
  • Prepare and manage AR Flux reporting for the EMEA region, partnering closely with Accounting and US stakeholders.
  • Perform Contract and Affiliate FOH SOX control activities.
  • Support internal and external audits, including process walkthroughs and documentation reviews.
  • Support onboarding of territories onto E-Invoicing platforms across EMEA

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experienced Senior Revenue Analyst with a strong understanding of accounting principles, revenue processes, and related legal and compliance considerations.
  • SAP experience within a revenue accounting environment, supported by strong Excel skills and confidence working with financial systems and reporting tools.
  • Experience supporting automation initiatives, process improvements, system enhancements, and business transformation activities.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience within the media industry would be preferred, particularly across content distribution, Affiliates, and Ad Sales.
  • Strong understanding of internal controls, SOX compliance, and audit requirements within a revenue accounting environment.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to review financial data, identify issues, and provide clear insight to stakeholders.
