Senior Analyst — Market Access, Pricing & Reimbursement (Value & Access Team)
Launch your consulting career with Red Nucleus's Value & Access team, supporting client engagements in market access, pricing and reimbursement, evidence strategy, and commercialization across the healthcare industry. This entry-level role (with Senior Analyst-level placement available based on experience) offers hands-on training alongside experienced consultants, real client exposure, and a clear path to build foundational consulting skills and healthcare industry expertise.
What You'll Do
- Support project teams with research, data analysis, and task execution under the direction of project leadership
- Conduct secondary research across healthcare policy, payer coverage, pricing/reimbursement, competitive intelligence, and therapeutic area landscapes
- Collect, organize, and synthesize information from published literature, payer policies, clinical evidence, and other sources
- Build foundational knowledge of client organizations, therapeutic markets, and healthcare business models
- Support primary market research, including interview guides, surveys, interview notes, and synthesis of stakeholder insights
- Take ownership of assigned tasks with strong attention to detail and timely delivery
- Communicate effectively and engage proactively in team discussions and collaboration
- Identify issues within workstreams, recommend solutions, and escalate complex questions as needed
- Support onboarding/mentorship of interns and new team members as experience grows

What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, public health, health economics, business, economics, or related discipline
- 0-2 years of experience in management/strategy consulting, life sciences strategy, or related field (relevant market access or healthcare consulting experience may support Senior Analyst-level consideration)
- Demonstrated interest in healthcare, life sciences, market access, or business strategy
- Strong research, analytical, and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to synthesize complex information and communicate findings clearly
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative, adaptable, and proactive approach to problem-solving
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Comfort working in a global, cross-cultural environment

Nice to Have
- Internship, academic, or professional experience in healthcare, life sciences, consulting, market research, or data analytics
- Familiarity with U.S. or global healthcare systems, managed care, pricing, reimbursement, or market access
- Experience analyzing qualitative/quantitative data and building presentation-based deliverables
- Exposure to primary or secondary market research methodologies
