MAKE STRATEGY A REALITY | ACCELERATE YOUR GROWTH | CHOOSE YOUR PATH

As the world's leading change and transformation consultancy, we're helping businesses move from strategy to reality by taking a pragmatic and practical approach to build solutions that last.

We're seeking multiple analysts and senior analysts based in London to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact.

Summary

As a Business Analyst, you will drive transformational change by bridging the gap between business objectives and technology solutions. Your analytical expertise and strategic thinking will enable clients to optimise their operations, improve efficiency, and achieve measurable business outcomes. This role is pivotal in shaping how we deliver consulting services and add tangible value to our client engagements.

The client is a telecoms company so experience within this sector would be distinctly advantageous. This is a hybrid, London based interim role on a 3 months rolling contract and would be starting late October/early November. There are multiple roles available at differing levels of experience so if you have the required skill, experience and sector knowledge then please apply soon.

You Will

  • Analyse complex business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
  • Gather and document detailed business requirements from stakeholders at all organisational levels
  • Develop comprehensive business cases and impact assessments for proposed solutions
  • Translate business needs into clear specifications for technical teams
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews and facilitate workshops to understand organisational challenges
  • Monitor project delivery against business objectives and provide regular progress updates
  • Recommend process improvements and best practice solutions tailored to client needs
  • Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and documentation for executive audiences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution implementation
  • Support change management initiatives and provide guidance during transition periods

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
