Senior Analytics Consultant

Remote (UK) | £70,000 - £90,000 + Quarterly Bonus + Commission Opportunities

Are you a Senior Analytics Consultant looking to work on complex, high-impact analytics projects with leading organisations? This is an opportunity to join a specialist data consultancy where you'll have significant ownership, direct client exposure, and the chance to shape modern analytics solutions using some of the most sought-after technologies in the market.

The Role

You will work closely with clients to design and deliver modern analytics solutions while acting as a trusted consultant throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering analytics and data engineering solutions using Google Cloud, BigQuery, dbt and Looker
  • Designing scalable data models, semantic layers and reporting environments
  • Leading technical discussions and workshops with client stakeholders
  • Advising on analytics strategy, governance and self-service reporting capabilities
  • Managing multiple client engagements and balancing competing priorities
  • Supporting solution architecture and platform design decisions
  • Identifying risks, resolving blockers and taking ownership of project outcomes
  • Mentoring junior consultants and contributing to internal best practice initiatives
  • Supporting business growth through client relationship management and opportunity identification
  • Contributing to innovation initiatives across AI, conversational analytics and analytics engineering

Your Skills & Experience

To be successful in this Senior Analytics Consultant role, you will have:

  • Strong commercial experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
  • Proven expertise in BigQuery, dbt and Looker
  • Previous consulting or client-facing project delivery experience
  • Excellent SQL and data modelling skills
  • Experience building modern analytics and reporting solutions
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities
  • Experience leading technical discussions with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Knowledge of Git, version control and CI/CD practices
  • A proactive, ownership-focused approach to delivery
  • Experience balancing multiple concurrent projects and deadlines
