Senior Analytics Manager (Pricing and Promotions) - 1 Year FTC
Location: London, Hybrid
Salary: up to £85,000

The Role
As Senior Analytics Manager, you will lead the development of commercial analytics capabilities across pricing, promotions, forecasting, and optimisation.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing and delivering a commercial analytics strategy aligned to business objectives.
- Building analytical frameworks to support pricing, promotional, and product range decisions.
- Delivering forecasting, optimisation, and predictive modelling solutions that drive revenue and margin growth.
- Translating complex analytical outputs into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Partnering with commercial, finance, operations, data science, and engineering teams to embed analytics into decision-making.
- Driving improvements in analytical best practice, governance, and data quality.
- Coaching and developing analytics talent while promoting a culture of commercial insight and continuous improvement.
- Identifying opportunities for experimentation and performance optimisation across key commercial areas.

Your Skills & Experience
- Strong commercial experience within analytics, insights, or data science.
- Advanced SQL and experience with Python, R, or similar analytical tools.
- Expertise in forecasting, optimisation, predictive modelling, and commercial analytics.
- Experience delivering complex analytics projects from concept through to implementation.
- Strong understanding of pricing, promotions, demand forecasting, margin performance, and customer-focused commercial decision-making.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior business leaders.
- Experience developing analytical capability through mentoring, coaching, or team leadership.
- Knowledge of data governance, model quality assurance, and analytical best practice.
