Leicester - Onsite
Leadership Role | Finance Operations

I'm hiring a Senior Data Analytics Manager for a large company, joining a high-profile Finance Operations leadership team responsible for driving automation, analytics, and AI-led transformation across the function.

This is a strategic leadership role overseeing both Data Analytics and Automation capability, with responsibility for modernising how Finance uses data, reporting, robotics, and emerging AI technologies.

The role

You'll lead two specialist functions:

  • MI & Reporting
  • Robotic Process Automation (RPA)

The goal isn't simply maintaining existing reporting and automation. The business wants someone who can help move Finance Operations towards the next generation of analytics, automation, and AI-powered decision-making.

This role combines:

  • Data & Analytics leadership
  • Automation strategy
  • Stakeholder management
  • AI & BI transformation
  • Operational improvement

What you'll be doing

Leadership & Strategy

  • Lead and develop the MI & Reporting Manager and RPA Product Owner.
  • Act as the key link between Finance Operations, IT, and senior leadership.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Challenge existing ways of working and identify opportunities for transformation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
