Senior Anaplan Consultant | Anaplan | EPM | Model Building | Consulting | Enterprise Performance Management
We are supporting a growing Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) consultancy looking to appoint a Senior Anaplan Consultant to join their expanding delivery team.
This is a hands-on, client-facing consulting role suited to an experienced Anaplan professional who enjoys building and optimising complex models, solving challenging technical issues and taking ownership of delivery across client engagements.
Working alongside experienced consulting and Anaplan leaders, you'll play a key role in delivering planning and performance management solutions for a range of clients while further developing your expertise towards Solution Architecture.
Permanent Position
Predominantly Remote, with Occasional Travel
Up to £70,000 + Benefits
What You'll Be Doing
- Taking ownership of hands-on Anaplan model development and delivery activities
- Reviewing existing solution designs and partially completed implementations
- Assessing models developed by other consultants and identifying gaps or enhancements required
- Building, enhancing and troubleshooting complex Anaplan models
- Reviewing High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documentation
- Diagnosing model and calculation issues through structured root cause analysis
- Conducting component and unit testing alongside client subject matter experts
- Working directly with business and technical stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes
- Explaining technical concepts to non-technical users and facilitating client discussions
- Supporting implementation, optimisation and continuous improvement activities
- Collaborating with senior consultants and architects on solution design initiatives
- Contributing to the growth and development of a rapidly expanding consulting practice

What We're Looking For
- Strong hands-on Anaplan model building experience
- Experience delivering complex Anaplan implementations in production environments
- Ability to take ownership of existing models and solutions created by others
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of Anaplan design principles and best practices
- Experience working directly with clients and stakeholders
- Comfortable operating independently and managing your own workload
- Strong communication and consulting skills
- Commercial awareness and a pragmatic approach to solution delivery
- UK-based with the right to work in the UK
Desirable Experience

- Anaplan Level 3 Certification or equivalent practical experience
- Experience operating at or progressing towards Solution Architect level
- Polaris experience
- Exposure to Anaplan Data Orchestrator
- Consulting and industry-side experience
- Experience recovering, completing or optimising partially delivered Anaplan implementations
- Experience mentoring or supporting junior consultants
