Compensation: £75,000 – £100,000 per year + Bonus & Benefits
About the Role:
We are recruiting a Senior Anaplan Specialist on behalf of our client, a leading global food-tech and delivery platform in London. You will serve as the enterprise Anaplan model architect, designing, maintaining, and scaling integrated financial planning, supply chain, and workforce forecasting models that underpin global corporate planning and financial strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect, design, and configure complex, scalable Anaplan models supporting enterprise Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and workforce planning.
- Translate complex corporate planning requirements and business logic into efficient Anaplan calculation engines, modules, and dashboards.
- Manage end-to-end data integrations between Anaplan and enterprise data warehouses / ERPs (e.g., SAP, Workday, Snowflake).
- Perform regular model performance optimization, formula refactoring, and workspace size management following Anaplan PLANual best practices.
- Serve as the primary technical partner for Finance, Strategy, and Commercial teams during annual budget and multi-year forecasting cycles.
- Design intuitive user experience (UX) dashboards and reporting interfaces for FP&A analysts and executive decision-makers.
- Establish model governance protocols, change management workflows, and end-user training documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 4+ years of hands-on Anaplan model building and architecture experience in an enterprise environment.
- Certified Anaplan Model Builder or Certified Solution Architect status strongly preferred.
- Strong foundation in corporate finance, financial modeling, budgeting, and planning processes.
- Proven expertise in Anaplan data hub architecture, Anaplan Connect, and ETL data pipeline integration.
- Advanced problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to data reconciliation and model integrity.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical architecture and commercial finance requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
