Senior Android Engineer
📍 London | Hybrid
I’m working with a leading consumer technology company that is continuing to invest in its mobile offering and is looking for an experienced Android Engineer to join the team.
You’ll have the opportunity to work on a high-traffic consumer product, contribute to the evolution of the Android platform, and have real input into how the mobile experience develops.
The Role
- Develop and enhance Android applications using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose
- Help shape the technical direction and architecture of the mobile platform
- Take ownership of features from initial development through to release
- Work closely with Product, Design, and Engineering stakeholders
- Champion code quality, testing, and scalable engineering practices
- Share knowledge and support the development of other engineers

About You
- Strong professional experience developing native Android applications
- Excellent knowledge of Kotlin
- Hands-on experience with Jetpack Compose
- Good understanding of Android architecture and software engineering principles
- Comfortable taking ownership and working through the full development lifecycle
- Experience working collaboratively within a product-focused engineering team
