Financial Crime Advisory Manager and Associate Director - London UK (AML/ABC)
Hybrid Working
Manager level - £60,000 - £70,000 base + benefits + bonus
Associate Director - £75,000 - £90,000 + benefits + bonus
We have two different roles here at Astrum Search but this time, we're supporting our client with Financial Advisory! Are you a candidate who is looking to add value, join an amazing team with great culture and join a business that is growing? If you said yes, keep reading below.
The right candidate will:
- Be qualified with ACA/ACCA/CIPFA/CISI qualified
- Come ideally from a professional services background or have previous exposure working for a consulting business
- Experience working across sectors such as banking, insurance, asset or wealth management, payments or crypto, with the ability to tailor advice to different client environments
- Significant experience in financial crime prevention or advisory work, including anti-money laundering, sanctions, fraud, anti-bribery and corruption matters
- Strong technical knowledge of the regulatory environment, with experience delivering framework reviews, designing and implementing risk and control frameworks and supporting change or remediation programmes.
- This role offers the opportunity to lead engagements across areas including anti-money laundering, sanctions, fraud, anti-bribery and corruption, working closely with senior client stakeholders, compliance and risk leaders, boards and executive management.
- Building trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and wider financial crime, compliance, risk and regulatory networks, acting as a recognised adviser and strengthening the business profile.
- Driving business development through proposals, tenders, networking and identifying opportunities to grow financial crime advisory services, while leading, coaching and developing junior colleagues
