Digital Configuration Analyst
We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join the SystmOne Configuration team as a Digital Configuration Analyst. The role is a fixed term contract for up to 12 months and will be offered at Band 6.
The ideal candidates will have relevant experience building new configuration within SystmOne, supporting staff to use the system and troubleshooting and fixing issues. They will also have a strong level of empathy and excellent communication skills when supporting end users.
Please note: Due to recent changes in UK immigration and visa rules, this role may not be eligible for Skilled Worker visa sponsorship. Applicants who do not currently have the right to work in the UK may not be considered. Candidates requiring sponsorship should review the eligibility criteria on the gov.uk website before applying to assess their eligibility for a Certificate of Sponsorship for this role.
Skills Required
- Support users of the Trust’s key electronic patient record systems
- Undertake critical system management tasks
- Carry out ongoing configuration to ensure systems continue to meet the needs of the Trust
- Use a service desk system (currently Fresh) to resolve IT incidents, to provide ongoing support and advice, to resolve data quality issues, and to identify and make configuration changes to SystmOne
- Work on and support wider SystmOne improvement projects where required
- Communicate effectively with project staff, clinical staff, and other members of the team to define configuration requirements, manage SystmOne units, assist with testing, and improve the user interface using user-centred design principles
