Senior Applied AI Engineer
High-Growth AI Scale-Up | London
An incredibly exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing AI scale-up building technology that could fundamentally change how businesses operate.
The team is pushing the boundaries of what's possible with AI, turning cutting-edge technology into real-world products. They're looking for a Senior Applied AI Engineer to play a pivotal role in building, scaling and shaping the next generation of AI-powered systems.
What you'll be doing:
- Designing and building advanced AI systems, from initial ideas through to production.
- Working with LLMs, agentic AI and emerging technologies to solve complex, real-world problems.
- Building robust, scalable applications using Python and modern AI frameworks.
- Taking ownership of technical decisions and helping shape the company's AI strategy.
- Working in a fast-paced environment where you can have a genuine impact on the product and business.

What we're looking for:
- Strong Python and software engineering fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying AI-powered applications.
- Experience with LLMs, AI agents or applied machine learning.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
