Senior Design Architect | London
I’m currently recruiting for a Senior Design Architect to join an established London studio working on high-quality, design-led projects.
This is a senior design-focused position for an Architect who enjoys taking projects from an initial brief through concept and developed design, while working closely with clients and wider project teams.
The role will involve:
- Leading projects through concept and developed design stages
- Developing design proposals from initial brief through to planning
- Producing sketches, diagrams, presentations and design information
- Contributing to planning and consent strategies
- Presenting design proposals to clients and external stakeholders
- Coordinating with consultants and technical teams to ensure design intent is maintained

The ideal background:
- ARB registered and Part III qualified
- 5+ years’ UK post-Part III experience
- Strong design and conceptual skills
- Confident with freehand sketching, visual communication and presentations
- Experience leading projects through early design stages
- Comfortable working directly with clients and coordinating project teams
- Residential experience would be beneficial, particularly within a design-led environment
