🚨 Senior Architects – Ready to Lead Landmark Projects? 🚨 📍 London | AJ100 Practice | Employee-Owned | Hybrid Working
I'm working with an established AJ100 architectural practice that's looking to appoint an experienced Senior Architect to join its London studio.
This is an opportunity to become part of a collaborative, design-led practice where you'll have genuine influence over projects, clients and the development of the next generation of architects.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading complex projects from concept through to completion
- Delivering a diverse portfolio across multiple sectors, including refurbishment and heritage
- Building strong client relationships and leading multidisciplinary project teams
- Mentoring junior architects and helping shape studio culture
- Contributing to business development and the continued growth of the practice.

We're looking for someone with:
- ARB Registered Architect with significant post-Part III experience
- Proven experience delivering projects valued between £5m–£20m
- Strong design, technical delivery and job-running experience across all RIBA stages
- Revit and BIM Level 2 experience
- Excellent client-facing and leadership skills
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary design teams
Experience within education, healthcare, heritage or large-scale refurbishment projects would be particularly advantageous.
