Opportunity for a Technical Senior
Deliver a complex housing project on site at a globally leading multidisciplinary design firm with enviable benefits and working culture, including 2 days WFH.
Position
This is a role for an experienced senior technical architect to take a leading role in the delivery, coordination, and on-site construction of a large mixed-use/housing-led project at Stage 5. You will be reporting to a director, overseeing a team of architects and technicians, managing RFIs/site queries, reviewing contractor and specialist information, coordinating technical packages, and attending site meetings to deliver a project to the highest standard.
Candidate
- Architect/equivalent operating at a senior level with significant experience leading teams on large complex high-quality UK residential projects at technical delivery
- Experience and familiarity with high-risk buildings, UK planning laws, regulations, and construction methods is essential
- Experience coordinating with contractors and supervising construction on site
- A focus on facades is highly beneficial
- Excellent Revit skills
