Senior Architect – Education / Healthcare

Bristol / South West
Permanent

I’m currently working with a well-established multidisciplinary practice who are looking to bring an experienced Senior Architect into their Education / Healthcare team. They have a strong pipeline of projects across the sector and are looking for someone with solid experience who is keen to take on more responsibility, with a view to progressing towards Associate level.

The role will involve working across a range of Education and Healthcare projects, from early feasibility and briefing stages through to technical design and construction. You’ll be involved in developing the design, coordinating information and working closely with clients, consultants and the wider project team.

Experience across DfE projects and frameworks such as CF21, CF25, the School Rebuilding Programme, PSBP, BSF, or experience working on Healthcare projects and NHS frameworks, would be highly beneficial.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
