Senior Architect | Hospitality & Hotel Projects

A well-established AJ100 architectural practice is looking for a Senior Architect to join its hospitality team. With a strong portfolio of hotel, hospitality and large-scale mixed-use projects, the practice is seeking an experienced Architect who enjoys the technical side of project delivery and is confident leading projects through the later stages of design and construction.

This role would suit someone with strong Stage 4 onwards experience who enjoys developing detailed technical packages, coordinating consultants and seeing projects successfully delivered on site. Previous hotel experience would be highly beneficial, but architects from other complex sectors will also be considered, provided they can demonstrate strong technical delivery experience and a proven track record working through RIBA Stages 4-6.

The Role

Working within an established hospitality team, you'll play a key role in delivering high-profile hotel and leisure projects for leading operators and developers. You'll be involved in projects throughout the technical design, construction and delivery stages, coordinating consultant teams, managing technical packages and ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standard. This is an excellent opportunity for an Architect who enjoys solving technical challenges, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and taking ownership of complex projects.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
