Are you experienced in Healthcare Design and looking to take the next step in your career? Our client is seeking a Senior Architect or Senior Technologist with proven UK Healthcare experience (Primary and/or Acute) to join their busy, friendly team working from their head office in Hampshire.

They are an award winning, RIBA Chartered architectural practice with studios in Hampshire and Devon. While healthcare is one of their specialist sectors, their portfolio spans residential, education, leisure, commercial, heritage and community projects across the UK

About The Role

You will take ownership of projects from early feasibility through to contract administration, leading schemes up to £2m. They are looking for someone who enjoys problem solving, developing practical and creative design solutions, and guiding projects through all RIBA stages with confidence.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years post qualification experience
  • Strong project experience
  • Ability to lead projects from feasibility to completion
  • Revit experience essential (not necessarily BIM level, but able to use embedded information beyond 3D modelling)
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
