Position:
This is a career defining opportunity to join an architecture, developer, contractor as they continue to pick up pace and recognition delivering exquisite London developments. Reporting to associate director, you will be responsible for overseeing several unique and super high budget refurbishment projects including an art gallery and restaurant that is completing Stage 3, and a major 10,000sqft private home in a sought after postcode, which will soon start on site and run for the next 18 months. Based in their office but visiting site regularly you will be liaising with sub contractors, suppliers and client, reporting on progress, monitoring design quality and compliance, reviewing shop drawings and producing construction information and specifications whilst safeguarding design.
Candidate:
- Part III qualified architect with a career record from a top tier design studio
- Experience working on luxury refurbishment projects in London to a high quality bespoke finish
- Significant technical delivery experience with a proven track record overseeing multiple projects through on site
- Confident liaising with contractors and suppliers
- Experience reviewing shop drawings, producing and coordinating information at RIBA stage 4, 5 and 6
- Eagerness to join a dynamic young company
- ArchiCAD is highly advantageous
