Architect / Senior Architect – Interior Architecture & Workplace Design
Base Salary: £70,000
Benefits: Competitive Performance Bonus, Private Medical Insurance, Pension Scheme, Professional Subscriptions Paid (ARB/RIBA), and Flexible Hybrid Working

Our client is a highly regarded design and commercial real estate consultancy based in central London, specialising in forward-thinking workplace environments and high-end commercial interiors. Following new project wins and ongoing client demand for agile, future-proofed office spaces, they are seeking an Architect or Senior Architect to join their growing studio.
The Role
- Will report directly to the Associate Director and collaborate with senior strategists to translate client briefs into innovative interior architecture and workplace schemes.
- Will lead project delivery from concept design and space planning through to detailed technical packages, interior fit-out specifications, and site implementation.
- Will engage directly with corporate clients, landlord representatives, and project managers, facilitating design workshops and presenting concepts.
- Will oversee junior designers and technicians, coordinating with external consultants, M&E engineers, and contractors to ensure design intent and technical standards are maintained.

The Person
- Will be a qualified Architect (ARB / RIBA registered) or hold an equivalent professional qualification in interior architecture.
- Will offer a proven track record delivering workplace, commercial interior, or corporate fit-out projects within a UK design practice or consultancy.
- Will possess strong technical capability with proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and spatial layout modelling.
- Will demonstrate excellent communication skills with a confident, proactive approach to client management and multi-disciplinary team coordination.
