- Copilot Studio agents: Take two to three HR use cases from brief to published agent in weeks, with knowledge sources, actions, authentication, and environment promotion in place.
- Working applications: Deliver one to two custom HR AI applications end-to-end on Azure Container Apps, from PoC to production with infrastructure, pipelines, and monitoring you built.
- Reference implementations: Turn the team's reference architectures into deployable starter templates (Bicep modules, Container Apps environment, API skeleton, auth, logging, agent, and RAG scaffolding, Copilot Studio solution template).
- Workbook contributions: Implementation checklists, infrastructure request templates for platform teams, test and evaluation approaches for AI features.
- Review-board support: Diagrams, component inventories, and security details for TADR / ARB packs owned by the Lead Architect.
- Platform coordination: Work with Infrastructure, Network, and DevOps to provision subnets, private endpoints, identities, and pipelines; configure what you can yourself and resolve blockers hands-on.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

- Azure web application delivery: At least one production application you built largely yourself — React (or similar) front end, Python FastAPI or.NET API, PostgreSQL / Azure SQL / Cosmos DB, Blob Storage, background jobs, and queues — running on Azure Container Apps or App Service.
- Infrastructure you can build and configure: Container Apps environments and jobs, VNets, subnets and peering, private endpoints and private DNS, NSGs, Application Gateway / internal ingress, Key Vault, managed identities. Able to stand these up from Bicep (or Terraform) and to explain and coordinate the parts owned by central Infrastructure and Network teams.
- Copilot Studio agents, delivered fast: Shipped agents using topics and generative answers, knowledge sources (SharePoint, Dataverse, files, websites), actions, and connectors to call APIs, Entra authentication, publishing to Teams and web, and environment promotion. Able to take a brief to a working agent in days.
- LLM agents on any platform: Designed and shipped agents or RAG features with Azure OpenAI / AI Foundry (preferred) or another LLM platform (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, open models) and able to transfer that to Azure — prompt and output-schema design, embeddings and retrieval (Azure AI Search or similar), tool calling, evaluation, PII, and prompt-injection guardrails.
- Identity implementation: Microsoft Entra ID sign-in (OIDC), JWT validation, app roles / RBAC, managed identity to PaaS services; app-only vs delegated Graph permissions; SharePoint and Teams access via Microsoft Graph.
- IaC & CI/CD: Bicep (or Terraform), Azure DevOps pipelines, Docker and Azure Container Registry, automated tests, environment promotion.
- Power Apps (canvas or model-driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse delivery: Custom connectors; Power Platform ALM.
- Document Intelligence / OCR pipelines: Excel and report generation from services.
- Oracle HCM extracts / REST integration: Dynamics 365 / Dataverse Web API.
- Third-party agent platforms (e.g. Lyzr Studio): Microsoft Fabric; pgvector.
- Architecture diagramming (draw.io / Visio / PowerPoint) and TADR / ARB pack experience.
