Senior Architect | Revit / Technical Delivery

Location: Birmingham or Oxford

Salary: circa £50,000 - £65,000

Job Type: Permanent


An established and highly respected UK architectural and design practice is looking to strengthen its teams in Birmingham and Oxford with experienced Senior Architects.

This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong Architect who enjoys working on complex projects and wants to join a collaborative practice with an established reputation across the built environment.

The Opportunity

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work across a varied project portfolio, with particular relevance to commercial, industrial, logistics, retail, and mixed-use schemes.

You will be involved throughout the project lifecycle, working closely with clients, consultants, and wider design teams to develop and deliver high-quality architectural solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and contribute to projects through RIBA Stages 3–5
  • Develop and coordinate detailed architectural information
  • Produce and review technical drawings and specifications
  • Work closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
  • Coordinate architectural information within multidisciplinary project teams
  • Support junior members of the team and contribute to technical development
  • Help ensure projects are delivered to programme, budget, and required quality standards
  • Utilise Revit and BIM as a key part of project delivery

About You

We are looking for an experienced Architect with:

  • ARB registration and a recognised UK architectural qualification
  • Strong post-qualification experience at Senior Architect / Project Architect level
  • Excellent Revit skills and a strong understanding of BIM
  • Proven experience delivering projects through the technical stages
  • Strong technical detailing and construction knowledge
  • Good understanding of UK Building Regulations and industry standards
  • Experience working within multidisciplinary project teams
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Ideally, experience across commercial, industrial, logistics, retail, or mixed-use projects
