Konker is recruiting for a Senior Architect
Konker is recruiting for a Senior Architect to join one of the UK’s Top 10 architectural practices, based in their award-winning Bristol studio.
The practice is going through a period of growth, with a strong pipeline of exciting Education projects across the UK.
About the Role
You’ll work across projects from feasibility and concept through to technical design and construction, taking a key role in design development, coordination and client engagement.

- Strong Education sector experience
- Extensive post-qualification experience
- Good knowledge of DfE requirements and Building Regulations
- Strong Revit & BIM skills
- Experience delivering projects through to technical stages
- Experience with CF21, CF25, PSBP, BSF or the School Rebuilding Programme would be a bonus
- Someone confident working with clients, consultants and wider project teams
There’s also a genuine opportunity to progress towards Associate level, alongside mentoring junior staff and contributing to the continued growth of the Education team.

Salary:
£40,000 – £55,000
