Senior Architect | Residential & Commercial Projects

A Senior Architect is sought to join a growing architectural team working across a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial developments. With a strong pipeline of projects already secured, the position offers the opportunity to take ownership of schemes from design through to delivery while playing a key role within a collaborative and ambitious studio.

The practice is looking for someone with the confidence to lead projects, manage consultant teams and build lasting client relationships. Equally important is the desire to progress professionally, with the role offering a clear path towards Associate level for the right individual.

The Role

You'll lead the delivery of residential and commercial projects across a variety of scales, working closely with clients, consultants and colleagues throughout the project lifecycle. The role combines project leadership, technical oversight and team coordination, making it well suited to someone who enjoys both the design and delivery aspects of architecture.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
