About the Company

An established and highly regarded architectural practice is looking to appoint an exceptional Senior Architect to join its London team. The practice delivers high-quality residential, hospitality and heritage projects, combining strong design with technical expertise and a sensitive approach to existing and historic buildings.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Architect to take responsibility for the delivery of luxury residential projects, including refurbishment and heritage-led schemes, working closely with clients, consultants, contractors and specialist teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead high-end residential and hospitality projects
  • Develop design and technical information through to delivery
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary consultant teams
  • Manage project teams, workloads and programmes
  • Produce technical and construction information
  • Review contractor and consultant information
  • Attend and lead site meetings, inspections and coordination meetings
  • Manage client and stakeholder relationships
  • Contribute to project financial performance

About You

  • 5+ years' post-Part 3 experience as a UK-registered Architect
  • Proven experience delivering high-end residential projects
  • Strong technical and design capabilities
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and NBS
  • Good understanding of BIM and project coordination
  • Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction
  • Experience working with historic/listed buildings is desirable
  • Strong consultant and contractor coordination experience
  • Excellent site and delivery experience
  • Commercially aware and highly organised
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
