About the Company
An established and highly regarded architectural practice is looking to appoint an exceptional Senior Architect to join its London team. The practice delivers high-quality residential, hospitality and heritage projects, combining strong design with technical expertise and a sensitive approach to existing and historic buildings.
About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Architect to take responsibility for the delivery of luxury residential projects, including refurbishment and heritage-led schemes, working closely with clients, consultants, contractors and specialist teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead high-end residential and hospitality projects
- Develop design and technical information through to delivery
- Coordinate multidisciplinary consultant teams
- Manage project teams, workloads and programmes
- Produce technical and construction information
- Review contractor and consultant information
- Attend and lead site meetings, inspections and coordination meetings
- Manage client and stakeholder relationships
- Contribute to project financial performance

About You
- 5+ years' post-Part 3 experience as a UK-registered Architect
- Proven experience delivering high-end residential projects
- Strong technical and design capabilities
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and NBS
- Good understanding of BIM and project coordination
- Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction
- Experience working with historic/listed buildings is desirable
- Strong consultant and contractor coordination experience
- Excellent site and delivery experience
- Commercially aware and highly organised
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
