Fynn is looking for a talented Senior Architect

Fynn is looking for a talented Senior Architect to lead and deliver high-quality private homes across all RIBA stages, including interiors. We’re seeking someone with a thoughtful design approach and a strong portfolio of UK private residential work, particularly projects involving heritage homes.

This is either full-time or four days per week, ideal if you teach or have other practice/personal commitments. The position is remote or studio-based with highly flexible working options, however applicants must live in London.

About Fynn

We are a small RIBA-chartered architecture and interiors practice led by Theo Jones. We specialise in sustainable renovations and extensions to heritage homes in London. We value clarity, sustainability, and ethical practice. We have a team of four, all of whom are senior architects.

Our work focuses on creating high-quality, low-impact homes. We enjoy working with natural materials, historic fabric, and skilled craftspeople. We support private clients through all RIBA stages, developing clear, well-considered proposals that balance design quality with buildability. As Islington architects, we typically work on projects in nearby areas such as Angel, Canonbury, Highbury, Clerkenwell, and Barnsbury.

We operate with strong ethical principles, from the clients we choose to work with, to the materials we specify, and how we treat our employees and collaborators. We offer industry-leading holiday policies, pay transparency, paid CPD time, and paid overtime.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
